Article 1. In article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the organization and conducting checks in the Republic of Armenia" (on May 17, 2000, ZR-60):
In paragraphs nine and the tenth Item 3 of the word of "compulsory social insurance" shall be replaced with words 1) "paid to the government budget obligatory";
The word "insurance" to replace 2) in item 4 with the word "providing".
Article 2. In Item 1 of article 2 of the Law of the word "State Social Insurance Fund of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words "the state body authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia in the field of provision of pensions".
Article 3. In Item 3 of Article 3 to replace the word "insurance" with the word "providing".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2008.
