1. Item 3.2 of "Rules of issue of special permission to turnover of objects which can belong to certain participants of civil circulation and which stay in turnover is allowed on the basis of special permission (with limited civil circulation)", approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 12, 2005 No. 292 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2005, No. 9, Article 798, No. 10, Article 918; 2006, No. 5, Article 408; 2007, No. 3, Article 232, No. 8, Article 765; 2008, No. 1, Article 7, No. 8, Article 719; 2009, No. 3, Article 163; 2013, No. 6, Article 654; 2, Article 112) to give 2014, to No. in the following edition:
"3.2. For the purpose of check of compliance of activities of owners of special permission (except entrepreneurs) to conditions of turnover of objects, the next inspections are carried out once a year, and extraordinary checks on the basis of appeals of state bodies and local government bodies, and also legal entities and physical persons. Compliance of activities of the entrepreneurs who got special permission to conditions of turnover of objects is checked in cases and the procedure established by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "On regulation performed in the field of entrepreneurships and protection of interests of entrepreneurs".".
