About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About Tax Service"

Article 1. In Item 6 of part 1 of article 11.1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About Tax Service" of July 3, 2002 the words "structural staff list" shall be replaced with words ZR-407-N (further - the Law) "the structure and the staff list".

Article 2. Group "B" parts 1 of article 15 of the Law before the words "chief operative", group "G" "the senior operative" and "operative" to add with words of "territorial department".

Article 3. To state article 17 of the Law in the following edition:

"Article 17. Tender and certifying commission of Tax Service

1. For the purpose of carrying out in the procedure for tenders and certifications established by this Law the order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia creates tender and certifying commission (further - the Commission). The criteria represented to members of the commission, structure, labor procedure and number of members of the commission are established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, and staff of the Commission – the head of higher tax authority.

2. The chairman and members of the commission combine the work in the Commission with posts.".

Article 4. In article 20 of the Law:

Part 9 to state 1) in the following edition:

"9. Certification is carried out by the following methods:

1) documentary;

2) through testing and interviews, and for serving in operational divisions of higher tax authority also through ownership of physical training, weapon and special means by the criteria established by certifying commission and procedure.";
