Article 1. "About Tax Service" (on July 3, 2002, ZR-407-N) to add part of one article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with Item 9 of the following content:
"9) control by employers concerning fidelity of calculation, appointment and payment of insurance benefit of paid workers – in the cases established by the law.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2006.
