About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local duties and payments"

Article 1. Item 2 of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local duties and payments" of December 26, 1997, ZR-185 (further - the Law) to state in the following edition:
"2. The Council of Elders for each local duty establishes one single rate in the territory of community or establishes variable rates, having assumed as a basis for each local duty the zoning of the territory of community approved by it.".
Article 2. To state Item 2 of article 11 of the Law in the following edition:
"2. The Council of Elders for each local payment establishes one single rate in the territory of community or establishes variable rates, having assumed as a basis for each local payment the zoning of the territory of community approved by it.".
Article 3. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
