Article 1. The Item "in" of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local duties and payments" of December 26, 1997, ZR-185 (further - the Law), after the word "spirits" to add with the words "and alcoholic", and after words of "public catering" - the words "and entertainments".

Article 2. To add article 7 of the Law with the Items "about" and "p" of the following content:

in case of the organization and realization of public catering in capital structures – from 1000 to 6000 dram;

in case of the organization and realization of public catering in non-capital structures – from 0 to 1000 dram.";
