About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local duties and payments"

Article 1. In article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local duties and payments" of December 26, 1997, ZR-185:
The last Item "l" to state 1) in the following edition:
"k) for permission of sale of liquid fuel, technical liquids, the liquefied gases in Items of retail trade by the liquid fuel, technical liquids liquefied by gases in the territory of community;";
To add 2) with the Item "m" of the following content:
"l) for the parking of the vehicle or its trail car on the paid car parks founded by the Council of Elders of community, organized on the streets public which are communal property. The relations connected with the local duty founded by this subitem are regulated by the law.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
