Article 1. Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About payment, servicing and safety of the President of the Republic of Armenia" of February 19, 1996 to state to ZR-33 (further - the Law) in the following edition:
"Article 1. Payment of the President of the Republic of Armenia
The size of salary of the President of the Republic of Armenia is established by the Law.".
Article 2. In article 3 of the Law:
Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 2 words "security service of the President of the Republic of Armenia and high-ranking officials" "the service of the state protection of the President of the Republic of Armenia";
2) part 3 to recognize invalid.
Article 3. In parts 1 and 2 of article 5 of the Law to replace the word "republican" with the word "state".
Article 4. To state article 6 of the Law in the following edition:
"Article 6. Servicing and safety of the President of the Republic of Armenia after resignation
After resignation for the President of the Republic of Armenia unless he is ousted, special pension, in the amount of 80 percent from the salary of the President of the Republic of Armenia established by the Law is granted.
The specified special pension is not paid during that whole period of time during which the retired President holds any elective or appointed position and receives the payment exceeding the size of 80 percent from the salary of the President of the Republic of Armenia established by the Law, and in case below this size he receives difference between noted special pension and salary.
