About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About conscription"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on May 3, 2000
Article 1. "About conscription" after the word "recruits" to add Item 6 of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with the following expression: ", and also recruits at the age of higher than 27 years, in case, stipulated in Item the fourth article 14 of this Law,".
Article 2. To add Item fourth of article 13 of the Law after the words "in inventory" with the following expression: ", except for case, stipulated in Item the fourth article 14 of this Law".
Article 3. To add Item fourth of article 14 of the Law with the following offer:
"Students according to the state order in postgraduate study of the state scientific and educational system if they finish training aged are more senior than 27 years, are called on obligatory military service after the termination of postgraduate study.".
Article 4. This law becomes effective from the moment of publication.
