Article 1. "About condominium" (ZR-333, of May 7, 2002) to add item 4 of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with the new offer of the following content: "The decision on forming of condominium, except the questions provided by the Law shall contain also specifying about appointment of the managing director or acting as the managing director.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective in month after official publication.
