About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About medical care and servicing of the population"

Article 1. Add the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About medical care and servicing of the population" of March 4, 1996, ZR-42, with Article 2.1 of the following content:
"Article 2.1. Palliative medical care and servicing
Palliative medical care is the type of medical care and servicing directed to improvement of quality of life of the patient having menacing with danger to life or incurable disease, and his family which aims to alleviate pain, suffering of the patient and physical, social and psychological, sincere and other problems connected with disease, by means of their early detection, assessment and implementation of necessary intervention.
Criteria of provision of palliative medical care and servicing are established by authority of public administration of the Republic of Armenia in the field of health care.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective next day after official publication.
