About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About medical care and servicing of the population"

Article 1. Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About medical care and servicing of the population" of March 4, 1996, ZR-42 (further - the Law) to add with part 4 following of content:
"4. Medical care and servicing on favorable terms - partial compensation for the medical services, drugs and (or) medical accessories received by citizens within the state target programs of health care.".
Article 2. To add part 2 of article 4 of the Law after the word "free" with the words "or on favorable terms".
Article 3. To add part 1 of article 10 of the Law after the word "free" with the words "or on favorable terms".
Article 4. To add part 4 of article 25 of the Law with the new paragraph of the following content:
"The procedure for compensation for free or on favorable terms, at the expense of means of the government budget, medical services, drugs and (or) medical accessories within the state target programs of health care, approves the Government.".
Article 5. This law becomes effective for the ninetieth day following behind day of official publication.
