About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About civil service"

Article 1. In article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About civil service" (of December 4, 2001, ZR-272 further - the Law):
The Item "g" of part 1 after the word "position" to add 1) with words "(except for temporarily vacant position)";
2) regarding 4 words of "the commissions (services, councils)" shall be replaced with words "heads of bodies (their deputies) and".
Article 2. In the Item "d" of part 1 of article 4 of the Law of the word "the commissions (services, councils, including – council of Civil service)" shall be replaced with words "bodies".
Article 3. In article 8 of the Law:
The Items, "v" and "g" of part 1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"b) main positions of public service:
- the civil servant holding position of the 1st subgroup – the class rank of the adviser of the 1st class of civil service of the Republic of Armenia, and also above - the class rank of the counselor of state of the 2nd class of civil service of the Republic of Armenia;
- the civil servant holding position of the 2nd subgroup - the class rank of the adviser of the 2nd class of civil service of the Republic of Armenia, and also above - the class rank of the adviser of the 1st class of civil service of the Republic of Armenia;
- the civil servant holding position of 3rd subgroup - the class rank of the adviser of 3rd class of civil service of the Republic of Armenia, and also above - the class rank of the adviser of the 2nd class of civil service of the Republic of Armenia;
c) leading positions of civil service:
- the civil servant holding position of the 1st subgroup – the class rank of the leading employee of the 1st class of civil service of the Republic of Armenia, and also above - the class rank of the adviser of 3rd class of civil service of the Republic of Armenia;
