About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About notariate"

Article 1. In article 44 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About notariate" of December 4, 2001, ZR-274 (further – the Law):
The word "deaf-mute" of the second paragraph of part 4 to replace 1) with the word "deaf";
2) to exclude the words "or deaf-mute" from part 5.
Article 2. To state the second paragraph of part 1 of article 46 of the Law in the following edition:
"The translator also the translator of sign language is considered.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective from the date of, following official publication.
