Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, in connection with application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 1, 2012 "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About financial accounting" I decide No. 350-IVQD:
Make the following changes to the "Regulations on Mortgage fund of Azerbaijan under the Central Bank of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 22, 2005 No. 339 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2005, No. 12, Article 1108; 2007, No. 1, Article 8; 2010, No. 2, Article 80):
1. in subitem 6.2.8 of the word "the annual statement about financial and economic activities" shall be replaced with words "the annual financial reporting".
2. in the Item 8.3 "report on financial and economic activities" shall be replaced with words "financial reporting".
3. give Items 8.4 and 8.5 in the following edition:
"8.4. IFA submits to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the annual financial report together with the audit certificate after completion of the accounting period, no later than April 30 of the next year, and in case of receipt of the credit under the state guarantee during the accounting period or participation in the projects connected with expenditure of public debt and also in case of allocation of IFA of subsidies, subventions, grants from the budget or budgetary funds connected with accomplishment of certain powers, also in the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic and also publishes on the Internet to the page and in the periodic printing edition.
8.5. IFA submits to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the annual statement of the operating budget no later than April 30 after completion of year.".
