Make the following changes to the "Charter of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 24, 2003 No. 844 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2003, No. 1, Article 36; 2004, No. 9, Article 681; 2005, No. 2, Article 73, No. 12, Article 1109; 2006, No. 9, Article 736; 2007, No. 3, Article 219; 2009; No. 7, Article 529, No. 10, Article 777; 2010, No. 4, Article 298, No. 7, Article 610; 2011, No. 9, Article 789. No. 11, Article 1011; 2014, No. 2, Article 119):
