In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About providing the rights and freedoms of persons containing in places of detention" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2012, No. 7, Article 641; 2014, No. 4, Article 347, No. 7, Article 767) to make the following changes:
1. In the second offer of Article 39.7 the word "claims" shall be replaced with words "Except as specified decision makings about suspension of application of disciplinary measures according to article 39.8 of this Law, … the claim".
2. Add with Article 39.8 of the following content:
"39.8. In case of submission of the claim the plaintive instance, according to the statement of the interested person or on own initiative plaintive instance in connection with its service duties, instantly considers question of suspension of application of the appealed disciplinary measures and accepts with respect thereto the relevant decision.".
