About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee"

Article 1. ZR-186 of December 27, 1997 "About the state fee" to add the law of the Republic of Armenia with Article 19.6 of the following content:
"Article 19.6. Rates of the state fee for licensing or permissions or certificates (or their duplicates) for export and (or) import of the goods provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About trade and services"
For licensing or permissions or certificates (or their duplicates) for export to the third countries and (or) import from the third countries of the goods which are subject to restrictions in the field of foreign trade within the Eurasian Economic Union in the amount of basic duty if the Law does not provide other rate".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
