About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government"

Article 1. "About local self-government" of May 7, 2002 ZR-337 to add part 1 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with Item 35 of the following content:
"35) sets the restrictions, requirements and conditions shown to buildings and constructions where services in ceremony of civil funeral (farewell) are performed and rendered.".
Article 2. To add article 32 of the Law with Item 16.2 of the following content:
"16. 2) is issued in accordance with the established procedure by permission to implementation and (or) rendering services in ceremony of civil funeral (farewell);".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following behind day of official publication.
