About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government" of May 7, 2002 ZR-337 (further - the Law) the words "it is more than a half" shall be replaced with words "at least two thirds".
Article 2. In article 14 of the Law:
Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 2 words "it is more than a half" "-it is more than a half of the number established by the law";
Part 5 to add 2) with new offers of the following content: "Meetings of local government board are recorded. Recording of meetings is provided by the secretary of the device. Protocols of meetings of local government board are signed by the head of municipality and members of local government board.".
Article 3. To state article 17 of the Law in the following edition:
"Article 17. Offer of local government board on resignation of the head of municipality
The proposal on resignation of the head of municipality can be made on written initiative at least one third of the number of members of local government board established by the law.
The local government board can make the offer established by part of one this Article:
1) in case of non-execution by the head of municipality of obligatory powers in the income limits which are actually received in the budget of municipality, or unsatisfactory execution of the powers delegated by the state;
2) when the court order which took legal effect acknowledged invalid number of the decisions of the head of municipality contradicting the legislation of the Republic of Armenia;
3) in case of not convocation by the head of municipality of meeting two times in time, provided by part 2 of article 11 of this Law, within one year.
