About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government"

Article 1. "About local self-government" of May 7, 2002 ZR-337 (further - the Law) to add article 32 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with Item 16.1 of the following content:
"16. 1) is issued by permission to use of the name of municipality in trade name.".
Article 2. In article 40 of the Law:
Item 2 after the word "spirits" to add 1) with the words "and alcoholic";
To add 2) with Item 3.1 of the following content:
"3. 1) is issued by permission to the organization and realization of public catering in the territory of municipality;".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective from the date of, following official publication.
