About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government"

Article 1. Regarding the 2nd article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government" of May 7, 2002 the second word "and" to replace ZR-337 (further - the Law) with comma, and "law" to add the same part after the word with the words "and other laws".

Article 2. To add article 11 of the Law with part 4 following of content:

"The local government board on behalf of municipality performs functions of the founder of local managerial government office.".

Article 3. To add part 1 of article 12 of the Law with the new offer of the following content: "In sense of this Law the device is considered in city municipality – the office of the city hall, and in rural municipality – the office of rural administration (further - the device).".

Article 4. In all text of the Law of the word "office of the head of municipality" to replace with the word "device" with the corresponding declensional endings.

Article 5. Regarding 1 article 16 of the Law:

Part 2 after the word of "organizations" to add 2) with the word "charters", and after the second word "also" - the words "number of employees";

To replace 3) in part 5 of the word "statement of the head" with the word to "head".

Article 8. In article 30 of the Law:
