About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government"

Article 1. "About local self-government" of May 7, 2002 ZR-337 (further - the Law) to exclude words of "another" from Item 2 of part 1 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia and "the member of local government board".
Article 2. Two articles 24 of the Law to exclude the offer.
Article 3. To add article 25 of the Law after the word "works" with words ", to be member of local government board".
Article 4. In article 33 of the Law:
Part 1 to add 1) with Item 8 of the following content:
"8) in the procedure established by the Electoral code of the Republic of Armenia makes the decision on allocation of places for posting of propaganda posters in the territory of municipality.";
To add 2) with Item 2.2 of the following content:
"2. 2) destroys the propaganda posters which are hung out with violation of provisions of the Electoral code of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 5. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following behind day of official publication.
