Article 1. Two parts 1 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government" of May 7, 2002 to state the offer to ZR-337 (further - the Law) in the following edition: "Each citizen of the Republic of Armenia having the voting rights who is registered in this municipality at least two last years can be elected the head of municipality and the member of local government board.".
Article 2. To state part 1 of article 24 of the Law in the following edition:
"Each citizen of the Republic of Armenia having the voting rights who reached 25 years registered in this municipality at least two last years can be elected the head of municipality.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following behind day of official publication.
