About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government"

Article 1. The law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government" (on May 7, 2002, to add with ZR-337) with Article 68.1 of the following content:
"Article 68.1. Control of use of property and budget funds of municipality
Control of use of property and budget funds of municipality is performed by also Control chamber of the Republic of Armenia in the procedure established by the law.".
Article 2. In article 77 of the Law of the word "National Assembly on behalf of Control Chamber of National Assembly" shall be replaced with words "The control chamber of the Republic of Armenia".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About Control chamber" of December 25, 2006.
