About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government"

Article 1. In article 40 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government" (on May 7, 2002, ZR-337):

a) in heading and in the offer of one part to replace 1 word of "servicing" with the word of "services";

b) to state Items 1 and 2 of part 1 in the following edition:

"1) within the powers delegated to it exercises control in spheres of trade, public catering and household services;

2) is issued by permission to sale of alcoholic beverages and (or) tobacco products, and in objects of public catering – on realization of alcoholic beverages and (or) to tobacco products.

The procedure for provision of permission establishes the Government of the Republic of Armenia;";

c) to exclude words from Item 3 "the organization of fairs, and also";

d) state item 4 in the following edition:

"4) is issued to objects on the organization of trade, public catering, pleasure objects, games with prize and lotteries, to baths (saunas), gaming houses by the work permit in the territory of municipality after 24:00 hours.

The procedure for provision of permission establishes the Government of the Republic of Armenia;";

e) declare Item 5 invalid;

e) add Article with Item 7 of the following content:

"7) is issued by permission to sale of liquid fuel, technical liquids, the liquefied gas in Items of retail sale of liquid fuel, technical liquids, the liquefied gas in the territory of municipality.".
