About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning state registration
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning state registration of change which are attached.
2. Determine that:
1) before change of the software of the State register of the rights to real estate connected with the notification of the owner of the real estate unit of the registration actions which are rather given / received statements on carrying out concerning its property, transfer of the notification with indication of data on statement type, its registration number, date and time of its representation, the surname, name and middle name (in the presence) of the applicant is provided with the state registrar of the rights to real estate in electronic form with use of its official or own e-mail (in the presence in the specified Register of data on the e-mail address of the owner as addresses for feedback);
2) before implementation of the information exchange between the State register of the rights to real estate and the Unified state register of judgments provided by the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of the rights to real estate and their encumbrances" and also in case of carrying out registration actions based on the decisions of the courts which took legal effect before introduction of the corresponding information exchange, state registration of the rights to real estate and their encumbrances based on decisions of the courts is carried out according to the address of the applicant with observance of the requirements established by the subitem 1 of Item 2 of the Section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of state registration of the rights to real estate and protection of the property rights".
