About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About purchases"

Article 1. ZR-206 of December 22, 2010 "About purchases" to add the law of the Republic of Armenia with Article 52.1:
"Article 52.1. Features of performing purchases for the electoral processes
In case of performing purchases by the financial means allocated for the organization and elections and referenda:
1) provisions of this Law are not effective in case of performing purchases by Central Election Commission of the Republic of Armenia within expenses on the electoral processes, and also under the organization of professional courses (testing) after calling of an election (referenda), for the purpose of data structure of elections,
2) the powers and functions assigned by this Law to the Government of the Republic of Armenia and authorized body is carried out by Central Election Commission of the Republic of Armenia,
3) according to this Law, procedure for publication of the data which are subject to publication is established by Central Election Commission of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
