1. Add the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 6, 2014 with No. 409 Item 3-1 of the following content:
"3-1. Determine what in case of approval of regulations of consumption of housing and communal services by local government bodies which exceed the social norms determined by subitems 2 - 4 Items 3 of this resolution, compensation of additional expenses to citizens to whom according to the legislation the subsidy for payment of housing and communal services is appointed in the absence of room metering devices of cold and hot water is performed at the expense of local budgets.".
