Article 1. Words of part 5 of article 30 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the public biddings" (ZR-15 of October 8, 2003) "no later than after the termination of two weeks established for submission of offers within three days" shall be replaced with words "next day after the termination of two weeks established for submission of offers".
Article 2. In article 35 of the Law:
Words of part 1 of "thirty days" shall be replaced with words 1) "ten days",
Words of part 3 "5 days" shall be replaced with words 2) "3 days",
Words of part 4 "seven days" shall be replaced with words 3) "five days".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
