Article 1. In the Item "in" of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About responsibility for offenses in the field of town planning" (ZR-302 of April 28, 1999) shall be replaced with words the words "on contractual basis" "in the procedure established by the Law".
Article 2. To state article 12 of the Law in the following edition:
"Article 12. Assumption in the process of construction of violations of the approved project, regulations of construction production or acceptance, and also standards
Assumption in the process of construction of violations of the approved project, regulations of construction production or acceptance, and also standards if they do not influence durability, stability or reliability of the building or structure, and also are not dangerous to people or the environment, and can be eliminated without the termination of construction works on this site:
– attracts imposing of penalty in fiftyfold size of the established minimum wage.
Assumption of the violations provided by part one of this Article if they can influence durability, stability or reliability of the building or structure, and also are dangerous to people or the environment, and cannot be eliminated without the termination of construction works on this site:
– attracts imposing of penalty in three hundredfold size of the established minimum wage and, in the procedure established by the Law, suspension of action of the license for implementation of town-planning activities.
Assumption of the violations provided by part one of this Article if they led to technical accidents:
– attracts imposing of penalty in four hundredfold size of the established minimum wage and, in the procedure established by the Law, cancellation of the license for implementation of town-planning activities.".
