About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the body regulating public services"

Article 1. In article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the body regulating public services" of December 25, 2003, ZR-18-N (further – the Law):

To state 1) to part 2 and 3 in the following edition:

"2. The annual size of expense amount on maintenance, the allocated Commission from the government budget of the Republic of Armenia, is created by multiplication by coefficient of 1,7 of the total annual wages of the Commission created according to article 18 of this Law. The difference of annual size of expense amount on maintenance, the allocated Commission, and the total annual wages of the Commission created according to article 18 of this Law goes for content of the Commission and development of opportunities, financial incentive and development of members and staff of the Commission, implementation of social programs of members and staff of the Commission and other funds, the amount (size) of which establishes the Commission. At the same time, the funds allocated for rewarding from fund of financial incentive and development, and also each of other sources cannot exceed 30 percent of salary fund of this body.

3. The annual size of expense amount, the allocated Commission for maintenance, is created also of others, the sources which are not prohibited by the law.";

Article 2. To state article 18 of the Law in the following edition:

"Article 18. Payment of members and staff of the Commission

1. The relations connected with payment of members and staff of the Commission including with calculations and the sizes of the main and additional salaries, the natural wages rise, are regulated by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About payment of persons holding the state positions.".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective since July 1, 2014.
