About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About prosecutor's office"

Article 1. "About prosecutor's office" to remove with ZR-126 of February 22, 2007 (further – the Law) the words "and state uncommercial organization " Public prosecutor's school" from Item 10 of part 1 of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia.
Article 2. In article 34 of the Law:
Part 9 to state 1) in the following edition:
"9. The face included in the candidate list in prosecutors takes training course in academy of justice.",
2) part 10 after the word is "exempted" to be added with the words "in academy of justice",
The words "At School of Prosecutor's Office" of part 11 to add 3) with the words "in academy of justice".
Article 3. In Item 3 of part 1 of article 35 of the Law of the word "at school of prosecutor's office" of part 11 to add with the words "in academy of justice".
Article 4. Add the Law with Article 35.1 of the following content:
"Article 35.1. The bases for exception of person of the candidate list in prosecutors
1. Person which entered the candidate list in prosecutors is excluded from the list by the chief prosecutor if:
1) it was is appointed to the prosecutor's position,
2) he submitted the application for it,
3) to it 65 years were performed,
4) it lost citizenship of the Republic of Armenia,
5) by the court resolution which took legal effect it is proved that it was included into the list with violation of requirements of the law,
6) based on the court resolution which took legal effect, it was recognized as incapacitated, is limited by capable, is unknown absent or was declared the dead,
7) in relation to it the conviction became effective, or criminal prosecution was stopped on not justifying bases,
8) there was physical defect or disease interfering appointment as the prosecutor
