About entering of amendment and change into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee"

Article 1. Article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee" of December 27, 1997, ZR-186 (further – the Law) to add with Section 7.1 of the following content:

"7.1. WATER AREA 7.1.1. for rendering services in supply with drinking water or to drainage system (sewage treatment) – annually |
in 100-fold size of basic duty". |
Article 2. To declare Item 8 of article 19.4 of the Law invalid.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective in six months after its official publication.
