About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee"
Article 1. The Item "m" of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee" of December 27, 1997, after the word "established" to add ZR-186 (further – the Law) with words "Article 14. 2,".
Article 2. Add the law with Article 14.2 of the following content:
"Article 14.2. Rate of the state fee for receipt of the work permit in the Republic of Armenia for foreign citizens
1. For receipt of the work permit in the Republic of Armenia for foreign citizens the state fee in 25-fold size of basic duty is collected from the employer.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of its official publication.
