About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee"

Article 1. In paragraphs one and third article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee" of December 27, 1997, ZR-186 of the word "0,5 of percent" shall be replaced with words "percent 0,15" and to add Article with the new paragraph of the following content:

"The penalty fee provided by this Article is applied to timely not paid (not collected) amount of the state fee, for the entire period which expired after the term of its payment, but no more than in 365 days.

Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2015.
