About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on June 21, 2014

Article 1. Section 12 of article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee" of December 27, 1997 to add with ZR-186 with the subitem 124 following of content:

"124. Examination of impact on the environment

1. for examination process implementation

a) for the fundamental document in 500-fold size of basic duty

b) for the planned activities of category A in 500-fold size of basic duty

c) for for the planned activities of category B in 400-fold size of basic duty

d) for for the planned activities of category B in 15-fold size of basic duty".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of its official publication.
