Article 4. In paragraph three of article 43 of the Law:
Words of "2012" shall be replaced with words 1) "2013";
Words of "2013" shall be replaced with words 2) "2014".
Article 5. The duties paid during 2012 according to the paragraph to third article 43 of the Law are subject to surcharge till January 1, 2013 in the amount of difference between the size established by Items 14.2 and 14.3 of Section 14 of article 19 of the Law, and the size of the godovoygosudarstvenny duty paid during 2012 to the introduction of this Law to force.
