About modification of staff of Scientific and advisory council under the Supreme Court of Ukraine

M., being guided by Item 8 parts two of article 46 of the Law of Ukraine of July 7, 2010 No. 2453-VI "About judicial system and the status of judges", the Plenum of the Supreme Court of Ukraine decides:

Make such changes to staff of Scientific and advisory council under the Supreme Court of Ukraine (appendix to the Regulations on Scientific and advisory council under the Supreme Court of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of Ukraine of September 16, 2011 No. 5 (with changes)):

To remove 1) from staff of Council Barbara Valentine Petrovich;

To enter 2) into staff of Council of Krivendu Oleg Viktorovich - the judge of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, Candidate of Law Sciences, the honored lawyer of Ukraine;

To elect 3) the chairman of the board of Gumenyuk Vasily Ivanovich - the judge of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, Candidate of Law Sciences, the honored lawyer of Ukraine;

To elect 4) the vice-chairman of Council of Krivendu Oleg Viktorovich - the judge of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, Candidate of Law Sciences, the honored lawyer of Ukraine.
