About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee"

Article 1. In Item 7 of article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee" of December 27, 1997, ZR-186:

Subitem 7.5 to state 1) in the following edition:

"7.5 7.5. for production of electrical energy, including:

7.5.1 for the period constructions (reconstruction) of new production capacities in electric utility system – annually in 100-fold size of basic duty

7.5.2 for the period productions of electrical energy, including

7.5.2.1 for stations with adjusting capacity to 6 MW (inclusive) - annually in 100-fold size of basic duty

7.5.2.2 for stations with adjusting capacity of 6-15 MW (inclusive) – annually in 1000-fold size of basic duty

7.5.2.3 for stations with adjusting capacity of 15-25 MW (inclusive) – annually in 2500-fold size of basic duty

7.5.2.4 for stations with adjusting capacity of 25-50 MW (inclusive) – annually in 5000-fold size of basic duty

7.5.2.5 for stations with adjusting capacity over 50 MW – annually in 15000-fold size of basic duty";

Subitem 7.15 to state 2) in the following edition:

"7.15 for construction (reconstruction) of new production capacities in gas supply system – annually in 100-fold size of basic duty".

Article 2. To the introduction of this Law owing to person, the obtained building license or reconstruction of production capacities, pay the state fee in 100-fold size of annual basic duty.

Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of its official publication.
