About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee"

Article 1. Paragraph two of part 1 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee" of December 27, 1997, after the words "proving payment of the state fee" to add ZR-186 (further – the Law) with words ", except as specified, when the state fee is paid for licensing or its duplicate, prolongation of effective period of the license, renewal of the license, occupation by the same activities which are also subject to licensing in other place".

Article 2. In Item 9 of article 19 of the Law:

Subitem 9.1 to declare 1) invalid;

2) subitems 9.2 and 9.5 to recognize invalid;

3) to exclude the offer "In case of simultaneous implementation of each of types of activity, established by subitems 9.2. – 9.5. this Item, with type of activity, established by subitem 9.1. this Item, the maximum rate of the state fee established for them is applied.".

Article 3. The paragraph one of article 32 of the Law to add with the new offer of the following content: "In case of establishment of the state fee for licensing or its duplicate, prolongation of effective period of the license, renewal of the license, occupation the same activities which are also subject to licensing in other place, is considered rendering the corresponding service or implementation of the related activity the direction or delivery properly to the applicant of the license, duplicate of the license, license with prolonged term, the renewed license, the license for occupation the same activities which are also subject to licensing in other place, and also relevant decisions about them.".
