About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the arbitrator of financial system"

Article 1. ZR-123 of June 17, 2008 "About the arbitrator of financial system" after the word "requirement" to add article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with words ", and in case of requirements imposed against the credit bureau established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the address of credit information and activities of credit bureaus", also the requirement of non-property nature".
Article 2. To add part 2 of article 6 of the Law with the new offer of the following content:
"The term established by this part does not extend to the claims requirements shown against credit bureau. The credit bureau considers the claim requirement, shown to credit bureau, and gives the final answer to the visitor within fifteen working days from the moment of receipt of the claim requirement against credit bureau.".
Article 3. The size of the property requirement it is specified to add item 4 of part 1 of article 9 of the Law after the word "size" with words ", in case of requirement imposed against credit bureau, if there is property requirement".
Article 4. To add part 1 of Article 35 with Item 10 of the following content:
"10. Credit bureau - 140.000 dram.".
Article 5. This Law becomes effective next day after official publication.
During two weeks from coming into force of this Law, the credit bureau shall pay office of the conciliator of financial system lump sum payment, in the amount of 140.000 dram of the Republic of Armenia.
