About modification of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About privatization of state-owned property"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on June 13, 2006

Article 1. In item 4 of article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About privatization of state-owned property" (ZR-188 of December 17, 1997) shall be replaced with words the words "from privatization of the real estate, including, objects of construction in progress" "from privatization and alienation of the real estate (except for lands) reckoning as state-owned property in the authorized capital of legal entities with the state participation, including, objects of construction in progress".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the next day after official publication.
