About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee"

Article 1. Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee" of December 27, 1997, ZR-186 (further – the Law) to add with Items 1.1 and 1.2 of the following content:
1.1. For issue of the electronic passport of the citizen of the Republic of Armenia containing biometric data
in 25-fold size of basic duty
1.2. For provision of the ID card
in 3-fold size of basic duty".
Article 2. In Item 15.4 of the Section "15." Article 19 of the Law of the word "in 5000-fold size of basic duty" shall be replaced with words area of transport "in 1000-fold size of basic duty".
Article 3. In Item 15 of article 20 of the Law of the word "in tenfold size of basic duty" and "in 20-fold size of basic duty" to replace respectively with the words "in 30-fold size of basic duty" and "in 60-fold size of basic duty", and to add Article with Items 44-47 of the following content:
"44. For issue:
a) cards of the driver for the digital tachograph
in 50-fold size of basic duty
b) cards of the organization for the digital tachograph
in 70-fold size of basic duty
c) cards of workshop for the digital tachograph
in 70-fold size of basic duty
45. For issue of the authority for the move road transport of dangerous goods or not neutralized container
in 10-fold size of basic duty
46. For provision to cargo carriers of the Republic Armeniyaprava on making of any number of trips between state members of the European conference of Ministers of Transport:
a) the term of ohms is at 6 weeks
in 5-fold size of basic duty
b) for a period of 1 year
in 20-fold size of basic duty
