About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee"

Article 1. The Item "m" of part 1 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee" of December 27, 1997, after figures "19.2" to add ZR-186 (further – the Law) with figures ", 19.4".
Article 2. To declare Item 17 of part 1 of article 19 of the Law invalid.
Article 3. Add the law with Article 19.4 of the following content:
"Article 19.4 of the Rate of the state fee for provision of permission to use (operation) of the subsoil and minerals which are state-owned property

1) for provision of permission to use (operation) of each field of precious, non-ferrous and rare metals - annually |
|
in 10000-fold size of basic duty |
|
2) for provision of permission to use (operation) of each field of fuel and energy raw materials - annually |
|
in 50-fold size of basic duty |
|
3) for provision of permission to use (operation) of each field of raw materials for production of building materials, including facing raw materials, construction stones, fillers and ballast raw materials - annually |
|
in 500-fold size of basic duty |
|
4) for provision of permission to use (operation) of each field of decorative stones - annually |
|
in 10000-fold size of basic duty |
