About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee"

Article 1. Part 1 of article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee" of December 27, 1997 to add with ZR-186 with the Items "zh.1", "zh.2", "zh.3" and "zh.4" of the following content:

". 1) justified persons – in claims for compensation of the property harm done to them owing to illegal arrest, arrest, attraction as the person accused and condemnation;

. 2) justified persons – in claims for cash indemnification, caused to them owing to recovery at former work (in former position), and in case of impossibility of it is owing to receipt of equivalent work (position) or loss of former work (position);

. 3) justified persons – in claims for accounting in all types of working life of the period of execution of custodial sanction, arrest or restriction of freedom, and also content in disciplinary battalion;

. 4) justified persons – in claims for return of the premises occupied by them in the past, and in case of impossibility of it is receipt of premises, equivalent on living space and the location;".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of its official publication.
