About modification and amendments in the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To state article 150.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Armenia of December 6, 1985 (further – the Code) in the following edition:
"Article 150.3. Driving of heavyweight and (or) large-size vehicles on the state public roads
1. Movement of heavyweight and (or) large-size vehicles on the state public roads of the Republic of Armenia without the permission of owning these roads:
attracts infliction of penalty, in hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
2. Movement on highways of the Republic of Armenia of heavyweight cargo vehicles, total weight more than 44 tons, without special permission to implementation of transportations:
attracts infliction of penalty – for load to one ton and for each excess ton, in two hundred the multiple size of the established minimum wage.
3. Movement on highways of the Republic of Armenia of heavyweight cargo vehicles with axial loading more than 11.5 tons on one axis, without special permission to implementation of transportations:
attracts infliction of penalty – for load to five hundred kilograms and for each excess five hundred kilograms, in hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.".
Article 2. To add article 305 of the Code with the new paragraph of the following content:
"The penalties levied under Article 150.3 of this Code are transferred for the violations fixed on highways of the Republic of Armenia of interstate and republican appointment – to the Central Treasury of the Republic of Armenia, and for the violations fixed on regional highways - to the budget of the respective region.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
