Article 1. "About the state fee" (further - the Law) to state Item 36 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia to ZR-186 of December 27, 1997 in the following edition:
"36. for performing registration of the rights to property:
1. for performing registration of the rights per unit of the real estate or real estate which is part of unit of real estate, except for state registration of the rights based on alienation or court resolution in the amount of basic duty
2. for performing registration of the rights per unit of real estate or its part or registration of the rights per unit of real estate based on alienation of share (purchase and sale, donation, exchange, transfer), except for the vacant state or considered as property of community parcels of land:
a) the vacant parcels of land, except for the parcels of land of agricultural purpose or buildings of public or production appointment with interior area to
200 square meters in twentyfold size of basic duty
b) buildings of public or production appointment with interior area more
200 square meters in forty-multiple size of basic duty
c) the parcels of land of agricultural purpose in the amount of basic duty
d) other real estate in twentyfold size of basic duty
3. for performing state registration of the rights based on alienation (purchase and sale, donation, exchange) the vacant state or considered as property of community parcels of land in the amount of basic duty
4. for performing state registration of the rights to property, except for the property rights in the amount of basic duty
5. for performing state registration of restriction of the rights to property, except as specified restrictions, applied by law force in the amount of basic duty
6. for performing state registration of origin, change, transfer or termination of the rights to the real estate based on court resolution in fivefold size of basic duty
