1. In the "Charter of the Azerbaijani Open joint stock company of Melioration and water economy" approved by the specified resolution:
1.1. in part 1:
1.1.1. add with the second offer of the following content Item 1.1:

Society is effective according to this Decree and the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic" About modification of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About measures for enhancement of management in the field of melioration and water economy" of February 23, 2006 No. 372 and additional measures for enhancement of activities of the Azerbaijani Open joint stock company of melioration and water economy" of June 23, 2016 with No. 952.";
