1. This Provision is developed according to the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About foreign investments", "About guarantees and measures of protection of the rights of foreign investors".
2. The provision determines procedure for conducting examination and issue of the certificate of products imported for own needs by foreign investors (further - "certificate"). Certificates are drawn up for the purpose of receipt of privileges according to the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. The ministry of external commercial relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan) certifies the fact of reference of products to products imported for own needs by foreign investors.
4. Products imported for own needs are understood as the property imported by foreign investors into the Republic of Uzbekistan for own needs, directly used in engineering procedure.
5. Product quality, imported by foreign investors for own needs, on level shall not be below requirements imposed in the Republic of Uzbekistan to similar products that is confirmed by the organization issuing the certificate.
